8. Refund Policy

We offer a no refund policy to our members, because we offer a free basic level for members to join, connect and explore advantage of the agent community on the basic level. Most often we provide new on-boarding members a trial evaluation at the paid membership levels, which provides opportune time for anyone to determine if our opportunity warrants the monetary subscription fee after said promotion period has ended. By creating your account on IAU and agreeing to these terms make requesting a refund null and void.

9. Website Builds

Because the nature of our non-profit structure, we provide custom website development services to our members with the exception that member remain in good standing, continue as a paid member for at least one year to cost justify IAU internal resources for developing and maintaining website for said members. Early termination of membership will result in, a fee for service, member will purchase domain back from IAU for website build which include time, labor, expenses plus hosting fees which could result in $300 to $500 in early termination charges.
