Yes, this is an introduction orientation for new on-boarding agents, until an agent gets on-boarded they can then began to learn all the options available to increase their success

The multiple fist bumps at the end got annoying
It is a powerful message, we did focus group study on the video and positive feedback, the fist bumps are a continuos loop, but I hope it does not detract from the message
